Terms & Conditions

• Bookkeeping is billed monthly in advance on the 1st of the month and due upon receipt

• Clean-up/Catch-up requires 50% deposit up front; remaining balance must be paid prior to final delivery

• Tax preparation fees are due before filing

• Payments not received within 14 days of invoice date may incur 1.5% monthly late fee. Services may be suspended if an account becomes delinquent

*Additional services such as historical clean-up, amended returns, audit support and/or consulting are billed separately unless otherwise stated
